Coconut milk powder is a product worth knowing about! With many practical and ecological advantages, it allows you to create diverse and comforting recipes, whatever the season. We share 10 suggestions with you below.
What advantages?
- Savings in packaging. It is therefore a reduction at the source of materials and resources.
Coconut milk powder (15 kg) | Canned Coconut Milk (12 cases of 12 cans) | |
Plastic | 100g | 300g |
Cardboard | 100g | 900g |
Metal | n / A | 144 boxes |
- Less waste. It is rare to use an entire can of coconut milk for a recipe, and once opened, the milk will only keep for 2 or 3 days. With milk powder it is possible to use only the quantity needed
